Homestay Australia Monitoring Service for Under Aged Students.

Homestay Australia PL offers a monitoring service for parents of International students.

The service involves visiting each Homestay family that an International student resides each term. (4 x times per year).

The member of staff will meet with both the Host family and the student but separately.

After each visit, the member of staff will provide a written report to the Agent (to give to the student's parents) regarding the homestay family and the student.

There are no additional fees for this service.

Homestay Australia PL provides this service on the following basis :

1. Homestay Australia PL researches for Host Families for the Agent and is responsible for all Homestay placements for the Agent.

2. All payments to the Host family come from Homestay Australia PL. Students are invoiced on a 4 weekly basis for their Homestay accommodation fee. There are no payments directly to a Host Family. Any issues of payment are between Homestay Australia PL and the Host Family. The student does not have a financial relationship with their host.

3. The Agent accepts the rate of $275.00 per week for a student - (Single room accommodation / 3 meals per day)
