How it Works
1. Make an application. This is your website. The information marked in Blue will be what is displayed on the web page which is for students
to view. You can also email pictures of your home and the bedrooms you offer. (An example)
2. You can send updates at any time. Usually changes occur within a 48 hour period. You can discontinue your registration at any time.
3. To have your information on the web page is for a fee of $55.00 per 12 months. Refer to Payments.
4. If you are a first time Host or require further information, please refer to the links for housing an international student. Links
5. Students, Schools and Agents are regularly advised of this web page
6. Students are not able to contact you directly.
We will pass on their emails to you to ensure they are genuine. It is your decision whether to reply to the student and/or accept a
student or not.
7. Once you have accepted a student, all arrangements are between you and the student.
You can make the arrangements for the student to pay your account directly.
You can send the student your full profile.
You and the student are free to contact each other to regarding their arrival information and if they have any questions
The rate of payment is what you have requested or stated in your information.
