Procedure
1. The Invoice is emailed to you the Agent once the Agent Application Form has been completed.
2. If there are any questions or concerns regarding the Homestay Profile, or the Student wishes to change the Homestay profile, please advise by email to
homestay@homestay-australia.com
3. Please advise Homestay Australia PL of the arrival details as soon as possible whether this service is requested or not. Your Homestay Host needs to be advised
of your arrival date and time.
4. Upon seven days after the arrival of the student, Homestay Australia PL will pay the Homestay Host their accommodation fee for four weeks accommodation. All
payments to the Homestay Host come via Homestay Australia PL.
5. Homestay Australia PL will invoice the Student every four weeks for their Homestay Accommodation.
