PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Dear Student

Thank you for making an application. Our staff will be in contact shortly to begin your application process.

This process is as follows :

  1. The Homestay Profile, the Invoice and the Placement Procedures file  is emailed to you once you have made an application via our website.

     

  2. If you have not replied to our emails or paid within 7 days we assume that you have cancelled your application. An email is sent to you asking for confirmation that you have cancelled your application.

     

  3. If there are any questions or concerns regarding the Homestay Profile, or you wish to change the Homestay profile, email homestay@homestay-australia.com

  4. Please advise Homestay Australia PL of the arrival details as soon as possible whether you have requested this service or not. Your Homestay needs to be advised of your arrival date and time.
