Dear Student

1.    A Homestay profile and the Invoice, (The Placement Fee and a Four (4) weeks homestay payment) is emailed to you once you have made an application.

2.    You have 24 hours to respond. We require a return email accepting the Homestay profile and confirmation of your homestay payment ( Copy of the Telegraphic Transfer).  If you have not replied we assume that you have cancelled your application.

3.     Your Invoice will show the following charges.

All Homestay bookings are a minimum of four (4) weeks.

       Placement Fee :                       $   230.00

       4 weeks Homestay :                 $1,100.00

       Airport Transfer Fee :             $   121.00

       Telegraphic Transfer Fee :     $     30.00

       Total                                                                   $1,481.00

·         The initial (first) payment of four (4) weeks is non refundable.

·         Two weeks’ notice applies at all times.

4.     If there are any questions or concerns regarding the Homestay Profile, or you wish to

      change the Homestay profile, please email homestay@homestay-australia.com

5.    Please advise Homestay Australia P/L of the arrival details as soon as possible

     whether you have requested this service or not. Your Homestay needs to be advised

    of your arrival.
