The Homestay Profile, the
Invoice and thePlacement Procedures file is emailed to you once you have
made an application via our website.
If you have not replied to our emails or
paid within 7 days we assume that you have cancelled your application. An
email is sent to you asking for confirmation that you have cancelled your
application.

regarding the Homestay Profile, or you wish to change the Homestay profile,

Please advise Homestay Australia PL of
the arrival details as soon as possible whether you have requested this
service or not. Your Homestay needs to be advised of your arrival date and
time.
