REFUND POLICY
Terms & Conditions :
All Homestay bookings are a minimum of four (4) weeks. The initial (first) payment of four (4) weeks is non refundable. Two weeks notice applies after the first four (4) weeks of homestay.
Homestay Australia Pty. Ltd. will provide a homestay profile based upon your requirements, after the Initial deposit payment has been received. The Homestay Profile will be provided a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Homestay Australia Pty. Ltd. will provide a 90% refund of the initial payment (Placement fee and initial 4 weeks payment) if an application is cancelled 2 weeks prior to confirmed arrival date.
If cancellation is less than 1 week, then a payment of 2 weeks - $300.00 ($150.00 x 2 weeks notice – without room use) is
deducted. The remainder of the initial payment is refunded
Applicants who wish to change their homestay after their arrival are reminded that this can only occur after the first 4 weeks.
Applicants who wish to change their homestay after their arrival are not charged any additional fee.
